I was in roaming and in my home town at Pithoragarh in the m/o March (15th Mar). When I got my bill, it was more than 9K, when I checked the detailed bill got to know IR was changed instead of roaming only…. how IR can be charged during lockdown. I called many times customer care and wrote multiple mails however still getting daily calls to pay the bill.
