I have a postpaid Airtel mobile connection. I had traveled to Malaysia via Sri Lanka for 5 days and without my request/consent, international roaming was enabled. They have charged me more than INR 4000 which is unacceptable. I had used wi fi connection that was available in the hotel I was staying and did not use the network. My complaint at Airtel was ignored and they are insisting me to pay the full amount. I am not wiling to pay the international roaming charges and can pay the regular plan amount. Pl help. The mobile no is 9900908364 and I am based out of Bangalore, Karnataka.
