This is in regards to my postpaid number from airtel.
In the last 1 month i have been charged Rs 999 every single day in the name of International Roaming Pack which i have not consented for. Apparently my mobile bill plan which was used only for SMS in Oman was liable to be levied Rs. 999 every day should it latch on to any data service, in my case it was for 1 day.
The same was not communicated to me by the service rep while changing my plan nor was it reflecting on the Airtel Website. Why should i pay for such services due to Human error and miscommunication from Airtel Team?
This is unfair trade practices and needs to be regulated.
