Hi,
I requested for international roaming to be enabled from 02Mar for a month, and i used this service couple of times in past 3-4 months, was happy with it.
However, my mobile data was turned off today, 10Mar, which is after a week’s activation, after talking to customer care executive, they say, i have used 5GB, which is hard to believe, where its my normal usage like last times and most of the time i am in wifi zone, when i asked for details, i was asked to wait till the billing cycle which is 03 next month, and i spoke to floor leader as well, which wasnt helpful at all, they did not take complaint even i insisted multiple times, totally unhappy with the interaction, have requested for disconnection now.
