Text of Complaint by Kartikey Agarwaal:

My wife accidentally activated international roaming after sometime we visited Maldives and without informing us that our international roaming is on or without informing us how much this will cost us we were charged international roming expense. As you a common man does not know the 10% features of the phone. The fair and required procedure should be that once the international roaming is on by accident there should be an alert message stating that this facility will cost you this much( mention the amount) do you want to proceed? if yes type yes and send on this number.
In my case the worst part was that after my registering the complaint no body was responding back , i had to make several calls nd each cal was lasting for over 20 minutes, which i felt was being done to test my patience. But this was a bad part not worst. Worst was that when i had asked to the customer care people how and when you procured my wife’s consent to pay roaming charges they started sending some messages without date and trying to showcase as if these messages were sent in past.
Finally they declined my request and barred my call facility, as a result i had to pay the disputed amount under protest. I want these charges to be reversed. Also i want you to make sure to procure a specific and clear consent of customer, this can not be an implied consent.
I hope you will do the needful as this being a fair practice.
