Hi Team,
I am using international roaming plan which was 5000+taxes on monthly basis. I am paying 20 times more than other customers from India. Recently my bill was generated for Nov 2018 and in next two days my services got terminated saying that your usage limit exceed and my bill is 13000rs. My bill due date is always 21st of every month and i had been using this plan since aug 2018 and this was not done earlier. but this time 4 time my services got terminated. Even i had sent 4 times sms IL 15000 to increase my limit but that was also not activated. I had sent email every time but rarely customers services calling me or askign about the issue. I struggle ted alot and faced issue. Even after final call from customer service it again got terminated forth time. This usage limit is always set by system. If Vf knows that i am spending 6000rs. every month than VF should increase the limit automatically.
2. due to axis bank offer i used to send AXISROAM msg to get cashback of 1000rs every month and same i did for NOV 2018 bill but billing system didnt applied that. I had also email screenshot of sms but no proper action taken on it. Still i am struggling on it.
I had recharged my local number 2 times of 100AED which was very hectic. I am later on going to twitte on VF india services and also going to raise complaint on consumer court with all emails and proofs. I always email but one person read the email and other person replied on email without knowing the context of issue.
