I booked an international delivery on 22nd Aug 2023. The pickup was done on time but since then there has been no update from DTDC. On the website it shows “on hold in Delhi”, I tried to call them several times but there was no response. I also used the option “raise a query”, again no response. While booking it was mentioned that it will be delivered in 5 days. This is an urgent parcel, I might have to order another one from some other courier service.
