I activated one day international roaming pack at ₹ 649. It did not work I called customer service. He said international call barring prevented me from using the pack. He said he removed the bar and I can use pack in 30 minutes. It did not work. I again called customer service. Now I got name of operator as Kali Prasad. He said that international call bar has not been removed and he is removing. Again I waited and the pack did not work. But in Airtel app it says pack is activated and it shows time of expiry as per INDIAN time and says the expiry of pack is 3 hrs, 2 hrs etc!!! And my pack itself was not activated!!! It’s cheating on three counts – one the international pack does not work, the pack was charged AND the pack expired as per INDIA time!!! And I received messages to rate Airtel service!!!
