I have opted for International roaming on 4th Dec 2022. The service wasn’t working from 4th Dec 2022. I tried contacting the customer care number number (99100 99100, 98900 98900) of times from US, but It was not going through. My wife contacted the local airtel store (Bangalore) and she also contacted customer care. The issue wasn’t resolved. Hence I raised complaint on 8th Dec 2022 (copying TN nodal email). Till date the issue is not resolved and no one attempted to reach me out as well, no response from Nodal team. My travel is for 2 weeks (4th Dec to 18th Dec in USA). As the issue is not resolved yet and there is no response from Airtel, I urge Airtel to refund the money as early as possible.
