Hi,
My colleague and I visited South Korea for a business trip. We took an international roaming package from Airtel by paying Rs.3997/- each. Even though our trip may last for week, we took 30 days package as it helps if the trip extends also we are thinking its a good deal considering 500 mins of outgoing calls.
Once we reach South Korea, we are not able to do any outgoing call. Raised the complaint to customer service 4 days back to receive their template messages only. No resolution has provided and asking us to wait further for resolution. We will be flying back to India in next 2 days. We don’t need International roaming when we are in India.
So, effectively Airtel looted ~Rs.8000 from us with out providing the service that we have wanted. When we are asking for a refund, they are telling that there is no provision to refund.
I feel its a crime to not provide any service after getting paid for that.
