On 11th afternoon I sent email to ‘wecare’ airtel requesting help. In the evening an airtel agent phoned from 6382780655 under pretext to help & hacked my savings account 9940139679, made 3 fraudulent transactions of less than ₹2000 each totalling ₹2940 details of which were neither sent as sms alerts to me nor available in my transaction history till now despite repeated appeals to Airtel with screen shot proofs of call history of the agent, transaction history ‘not found’, and acknowledgement by TN police webcell as insisted by Airtel_Presence to do investigation at Airtel but that is NOT being done at all! ‘wecare’ repeatedly reply my emails without giving name of the CS representative that they will send details only to police as & when cybercell asks them! Sent details to Airtel Nodal Officer, fraud.reporting@airtelbank.com and CEO India airtel to investigate the fraud. So far, no positive response. I am sure such frauds are happening regularly in Airtel Payments Bank with the active connivance of some corrupt staff who stonewall internal investigations. Need help to catch cuprit(s), & recover my money.

Now I am unable to withdraw the money from my salary account as they blocked my contact number which has been linked with account details.Is there any possibility to transfer the money from Airtel Payment Bank to personal account (Account number:) 41895986789 IFSC code: SBIN0022112
