I am user of amazon ICICI credit card and card number is “4315811858459003” more than a year and I have been paid all my dues on time every month. In the month August of July bill I suppose to pay by last due date 23rd August but I am using Amazon credit card application and by mistake I understood that the rest balance amount In credit Card was due amount so the delay of 34k and I paid the rest due amount on 29th of August when I understood for this 6 days delay they charges interest amount rs-3927.35 plus 706.92 tax so I requested to amazon employee that it was mistake even I never paid late due , this time happend due to misunderstanding but the denied to waived off so it a request to waived off interest amount as I am loyal customer of Amazon icici credit card so expecting this help.
