Myself Nitesh Sarawgi, Loan Id : 368CD282D232 from Zest money started from 05.01.2023 as No cost EMI education loan where interest charged would be return back after 7days from emi deduction date.
cashback was not return for last 3 months even after following up manytimes via mail. Everytime i get a response saying that they are working on it and they will return for last 2 months.
My entire loan amout is paid where i am expecting total amount of Rs. 1486/- as cashback amount.
As per the policy by Zest money, it is said to return cashback in 7 working days unfortunately its been now more than 60 days.
Request you to please help me out.
