On March 30, 2023, I paid the EMI (due on April 5, 2023) in advance but did not receive the expected cashback of 408 rupees. Similarly, on May 29, 2023, I made an advance payment for the EMI (due May 5, 2023) but did not receive the anticipated cashback of 354 rupees.
I have previously lodged multiple complaints regarding this matter, but despite assurances from your customer care executives, the issue remains unresolved. Whenever I reach out, I am told that the case is being looked into and the cashback will be provided promptly. However, it has been a month since I first reported the issue, and I am still awaiting the cashback.
I kindly request your immediate attention to this matter and a prompt resolution. It is essential that the cashback owed to me be credited without further delay.
I would appreciate it if you could personally oversee the resolution process and ensure that the necessary actions are taken to rectify this issue as soon as possible. Your prompt attention and assistance in this matter would be highly valued.
