Hi, I have purchased a iPhone 14 from croma store using zest money as they had an offer during festive season. From December 30 2023 I’m paid EMI amount in the month of January amount but they are not giving my cashback back amount till 48 days over cashback but zestmoney has been delaying this process and I feel like being cheated by them as I signed up to this app only for this offer cashback. I called to the customer care multiple times and even mailed my problem but they didn’t solve this issue. Please look into this matter sir.
