This is Dinesh, student of xxx college, I have taken loan in mpockket, i had a good history of repayment. I have been facing some medical issues in the past 50 days so I cant able to repay on time, but mpockket is charging more than 40% interest rate for the past 50 days, yes it’s my fault of not repaying on time but my situation is worse i explained to the customer care officer, here all iam asking is give me some negotiation to pay my loan but mpockket is not responding accordingly, I have been trying since 2 days no response from their end, so that Im loosing my cibil score either way Im in mental pressure also so Kindly support me
