Intercity Smartbus from Bangalore to Hyderabad broke down multiple times at the start of the journey. They kept the passengers in the dark and said it was minor repair issues. They finally stopped the bus on the outskirts of the actual bangalore city at 2AM with no options given to the passengers. They sent a refund message and left the passengers to either go back home or find a new bus. The bus had women and children travelling aloan which made it very risky to find a place to go at 2AM in the night for which the travels did not have any concern at all
