Dear Sir/Madam,

The Independent TV has completely stopped service and had promised o restart service on 22nd June. Now that has shifted to 3rd July. Also many channels are off air . I would like to move to a different service provider. This cannot go on. When I contact the call center they say they will not refund money and ask to wait. Why should we wait when they cannot provide service.

I request money refunded .
