Text of Complaint by JIGAR P MEHTA ADVOCATE:

I have purchased the Shoes rack of Rs.1000/- showing in instagram id that is https://shoppperszone.co.in/ and SHIFTO company has delivered my order on 22.01.2024 but not as per i placed and intentionally send another shoes rack which is hardly to Rs.200 my order is delivered by EKART as per company refund policy on the same delivering day i have send a mail to shopperszone along with screen short of the same but company has neither send any reply not refund my money till date and i also try to contact the delivery man of ekart on +918046983311 but they are also not reply me till date i assume that all the above 3 companies are fraund and misguide the peoples by published Greedy advertising kindly take my case on priority base

shyour web site but the item received today 22.01.2024 is different and not as per our order screenshot of order number and item received from your company photograph is attached for your ready reference.

Under the above and as per your company refund policy we would like to return the item sent from your company, kindly collect the same and refund our cash payment of Rs.1000/- without any further delay.
