Sir / madam
I am a super RBL Card holder which is issued in the name of Sumit Bansal, In which without my acknowledgement an insurance policy has been renewed, as on the phone customer care is not reachable and i am sending them email continuously about some others issues as well but they are not replying on email as well and i have requested for cancellation of card but no response received, So i would request you please take strict action against them as they are cheeting there customers.
