Text of Complaint by Akhil Gupta:

I have my mobile insures by Mobile shield through Vodafone.  It’s been almost 6  I have this insurance where any accidental damages will be covered. On 31st December night around 2 to 3 I dropped my mobile and the screen had cracked. Based on the mobile shield terms, I called on the 1st Jan 2019 but the support team was not working. We called on the 2nd Jan but again no response. On the 3rd Jan we called 3 times but they would disconnect the call after hearing the issue. We then logged a complaint using the SMS method they have on their website and we got a reply that they will call us back in 6 hours. We did not get any call for 3 to 4 days. Later we went on the website and logged the complaint again. The document process was done and later the claim was rejected stating that we breached the terms by contacting them late. I have the required snapshots of the SMS we sent and the call logs starting 1st Jan

Waited till Feb to log a complaint as had to wait for detailed bill to generate.

Will share the required snaps and proof as and when required.

Please help with the clam, if not at least help shut down this thug company.
