India First Life Insurance agent assured me that if I pay 20000 till 7 years then after ten years I will be assured amount of 2 lakh and it was also mentioned on the main page of the plan details but when the plan matured on 3 December and i received amount of 1lakh and 36 thousand only , i paid 140000 and the customer service agent told it was nav dependent then why such companies mentioned in their plan details that it was assured amount and inside it in very small words in some other topic mentioned that plan amount depends on your decision and the market value.
