I have purchased a OnePlus phone from Croma South Delhi store and i have purchased a insurance package also because it was advised by there executives at the time of billing.
Then few days back accidentally my phone got damage and scren broke and i have registered a complaint for the same by visiting the south Delhi Croma store and still i didn’t get my phone or any update from Insurance company Zooper or Croma after giving several reminders and email they are apologizing only.
Request you to please help me to get my phone back because it was too urgent.
