Respected Sir,
I am an user of reliance jio sim, Citizen of India.
My issue is about connectivity of reliance jio sim smart card.
I had not finished the smart card's Internet, it's 204.23 MB/1532.00
and its average speed is about 219 kbps, Max speed: 1.23 mbps/ Min
speed: 72 kbps.
                 But in recent 3 days, it is giving only about 5 kbps.
Max: 32 kbps, Min: 665 bps. I know it may be due to i may using it for
overall day. But i turn it off for whole 3 days and was not working for
all 3 day. Even i was not using it for some days on a recently recharge.
And there is only one tower in our district (Gurdaspur).
            I hope your team will support me in this issue.
