Dear sir/ mam

Till date ,below issue is not resolved
I have updated status 5 times in application and 2 times direct mail to greviance but no one is taking care on this.

I have bought split LG AC on 14th April from Flipkart ,also installation done as per Flipkart as provided at the time of delivery..but in just i am facing cooling issue,
Today LG technician visit to see the problem and problem identified as a gas issue in my split AC but your technician who visited today refused to fill the same.

He told me this is Flipkart issue not LG

There is no damage in my AC but still no help received from.LG support even after having 1 year warranty.

Kindly resolve my issue
