I had ordered 2 dresses from instyle online and they haven’t delivered it yet.

I ordered a dress.. before the strike of the vehicles and 2 times I got call from Instyle that your parcel will be late do you wnt to make changes , I said no …I wnt my parcel, and now since it has been so many days, when I’m calling and messaging them for an answer , no one is responding to it even on the complaint number mentioned on the official site or the booking number….
