I mr. Shailesh T. Kalekar having airtel no 9967534237. From April 2020 my outgoing is stopped and still they are charging for 600 to me evey month. We have already talked to customer care agent but they are telling us you will receive a call from our team soon but they are not calling. After so many days they are telling to go to the gallery any sort out the issue. If they have told us earlier we have sorted the issue by going to gallery. Meanwhile bill is reached to 2400 rs.
As lockdown scenario we cannot pay this amout. Today I have paid 1200 rs. Can you please start my incoming on urgent basis. As considering my outgoing is stopped for 3 months can same amount will be waived off. Please request.
