Instead of a Lenovo Thinkpad laptop, I received a cooling pad. What a blunder! You’re delivering things like this by accident as well. My laptop cost 60,000. The worth of whatever you get is around 600 rupees. You guys don’t follow quality control procedures for packing, such as weight and other parameters. When trying to contact customer service, he or she responds with words like “Wait for two weeks.” First and foremost, why do I need to wait two weeks? You made a major mistake. Then you must resolve it as quickly as possible.
I’m expecting a response as soon as possible, and I’d like it to be treated as a high-priority ticket because you guys caused me to miss meetings and incur travel expenses, and I’m not sure how much longer I can trust Flipkart.

Already I have shared all the documents along with video proof and what else is required. I called customer care 75 times and no one gave a proffered answer or resolution. You guys keep on rejecting. Do you guys think this is the right way of doing it?

The issue isn’t about damage; it’s about receiving an entirely different product, I have raised this issue four times. Refund requests four times rejected and now again I am raising 5th time, I need a response within the next 24 hours, or I’ll put all of these documents, along with recorded video and audio, on social media, and I’ll communicate with Flipkart’s CEO about it. You’ve made a major mistake. What’s the point of bothering the customer?
