Hi team.
I have reachrged 999 plan to my Jio. by this plan I should get 3 GB data per day. but frequently my data is reduced to 2BG. I have already contacted customer care and written mail to jio care but I’m not getting proper response. kindly urgently escalate the issue. my Jio number is 7676031508
