I have taken loan from instarupee app of rupees 2000 and 2500 from insta box(includes in instarupee app) but I received ₹1410 which should be ₹1487.4 from instarupee and ₹1762.50 which should be ₹1859.25 from insta box (another app in instarupee app) and I have been trying to reach their customer care number from past 7 days but no one replied and when the day of payment came after 7 days they started calling me and asking for money but when I am asking them to send the all details of loan which they dispursed me they couldn’t send any of it and making different excuses, so I can repay them.
