I have requested for settlement and paid the amount as they requested. Now when I see my cibil report I still can see it in open accounts. When I contacted them they asked me 12000 more to close the account. When I ask more details they said I am 351 days delayed so I have to pay 12000 more since 30rs per day is their interest charges. I have requested them for loan agreement or interest rates chart they are not providing. After sometime they agreed for pay 5230 we will close account. After paying 5230 they are asking for more. Now they are deleting messages from chat
