Dear sir/Ma’am
I would like to inform you that I had installed the Jio Number 917513588235 on 15oct 22 . but at the time of installation your salesperson said the connection is Prepaid and the connection will run in 7 month . But the same connection runs for only 6 month only and after completing 6 month i have known its plan is postpaid. So That this is cheating with us by your salesperson and You also. Dated 14/08/2023 i have to Log complaint on your Toll free No. (complaint No. SR00001POFPJ ) But till now I have no solution From Tham . And after a Register complaint my family has received many calls from your service team for Bill payment and Threat call From your service Team. I need Solution . and convert to Prepaid connection Or Close my connection . Please Revert me soon with a solution , Already I have to pay More Money to You , and other Charges i will not pay You. Note:- If I am not given a Solution I will report that to the consumer court .
