Text of Complaint by Krishna:

Flipkart has started making false promises just to increase its sales. I purchased one Candes water geyser on 5th October 2021 for which installation was supposed to happen on 16 Oct but no one came till date. Technician’s number was shared via text message but when I called up, the number is not reachable. I requested a callback from Flipkart and the Flipkart executive informed me that usually the technicians number is not reachable and raised a complaint stating the installation will be done within 24-48 hrs. I again followed up after 48 hrs to which Flipkart replied wait for another 24-48 hrs. This time they automatically cancelled my technician visit. I again raised complaint for the same. Till date I have followed up several times and each and every time, I am getting the same response. I have also posted my concerns on the Facebook page of Flipkart but they are not helping me out. Now I am fed up with the false promises being made by Flipkart on a continuous basis to boost its sales. My order id is OD223022950541047000.
