I purchased a air conditioner from Amazon which said the installation is free of cost ….but then when the technician arrived he said the installation charges are around 1500 rupees with the stand….after speaking with bluestar installation services the people say that most of the customers are facing this issue because Amazon is incorrectly showing that the installation for 599 is free…….and then after speaking with the Amazon agent the first person says it’s that the stand should be included and you do not have to pay anything but then after he transfers the call to the escalation team the person from the escalation team says that a he can see the charges are 599 + GST….that means blue star is charging a 25% interest by taking 750 for installation and other 850 just for the stand….after speaking with the Amazon escalation for around 25 minutes he says ok I have raised a complaint for 150 rupees which has been charged extra ….does that even makes sense….it’s not about the 150 rupees…it’s about the incorrect amount showing on the app and manipulating the customers by showing that the installation is free and then taking 1600 rupees from them…..1600 rupees is a huge amount
