I have booked a plan on 1st october’23. I have made the payment on that day itself. It’s been 2 days I am following up with the customer service. No one came for the installation yet.
It is impacting my profession. Never expected this sort of service as a new customer.
Please take prompt action to resolve this issue as soon as possible.
