I am disappointed with the service which Flipkart provided for the subject product. OD121695689890113000 Mi 4X 108 cm (43 inch) Ultra HD (4K) LED Smart Android TV. As you know the product was delivered on 7th May and as per the terms and conditions, the product should be installed within 72hrs of delivery. I was contacted by a Flipkart agent more than 5 times raising my concern but nothing worked out. Due to some urgent need, I have ordered this product and if this product is taking so much time to install it? If yes it has to be shown while we are ordering not after delivery. It’s very difficult for me to keep this box(without open) as many of Childs will be playing and I don’t want to take a risk.
Even i tried directly to contact Jeeves support for installation but got the reply to contact Flipkart rather than us. Now Flipkart team asking us to contact the MI brand. But just for your information, I bought it from Flipkart instead of Mi website. I would request you to take this as a priority and take some action to complete my installation. Hope you understand my situation during this pandemic.
