I am a customer for last 10 years of Tata sky
Since last 08 days I have complaining for installation of my set top box which is dislocated due to cycloan
No one is responding and where I am facing problem to enjoy the services
Again my state odisha get hit by cycloan on 03/05/2019 and I am unable to watch Tata sky from 03/05/2019 to till date
When I’m asking him to refund me the money they are denying me for same
