I am Rajib Lochan Behera & my subscriber Id is 1165069871. Being an existing customer of Tata sky feeling frustrated due to non installation of my Tata Sky since more than a month. I belong to Bhubaneswar,Odisha and after shifting to a new house I lodged a complaint by calling customer care dept for relocation of my Tata Sky DTH on 19.05.2019. From that day I have talked so many times to the executives at regular intervals over telephone & also requested to do the needful. But no one is taking into the matters seriously rather every time they are telling that we will resolve the issue as soon as possible. But nothing is happening and after that they cancelled my request and took a fresh complain on 02.06.2019 and told me to recharge my Tata Sky ID for activation and assured me to do the needful within 2-3days. I recharged the amount and waiting for installation of my Tata Sky DTH since long time . I am being mentally harassed want to discontinue from Tata Sky and refund of recharged money and will go for other options.
