Hi Sir,

Kindly note, I BVVSS Ramanjaneyulu have given amount(3536/-) to the agent display near our apartment advertising sticker,First I called agent Mr Rajesh Revankar and confirm whether you can installation during lockdown and he said that Airtel is working and we can do installation,but it takes 7 working days. I have paid amount of 3536/- for installation and first month subscription (999 plan) of optical fiber connection on 10-04-2020,but till date no progress,I  am unable to work for home in lockdown period.

Kindly see that the installation is completed or else if service is not possible arrange for refund.
