Text of Complaint by Vinay Kumar Kaithwas:

Dear Sir
This has been the 7th day of my continuous follow up with jio customer care team and local representative for installation of jio fiber new connection. All the payment of 6 months has been paid in advance on 3rd Jan 24. I received  a message from Jio on 3rd jan upon full payment indicating my application number as NO0000VT7LWA and scheduled date of installation as 9th Jan (Copy enclosed). Upon repeated follow up from your customer care team it was intimated that the installation is rescheduled on 11th. I have not been informed regarding the postponement  of the installation.
All the time you representatives are telling to wait and informing that all this is what they got. They can not contact their technical team. I am not allowed to talk to higher officials. We can not tell you the designation of the higher officials. All the time i called them and asked for confirmation about the installation. They keep on saying you will receive a confirmation message in 20 minutes which never came. No satisfactory response besides giving false commitments. I have already terminated the services of my earlier service providers and suffering losses due to non installation of the internet.
Can you imagine in 2024 when at least 10 service provider in Delhi NCR  are waiting and continuous call to offer their connections Jio is dealing like this? Till now the connection is not installed.
Kindly refund my money sir i don’t need your services.
