I had applied for new Broadband connection from Airtel on 9th February after getting the assurance that connection will be done in 2 days. I have made the payment of 6 month advance bill of Rupees 6018/-. Two Technicians came and installed the Modem and said that activation has to be done from back end. I have not got the activation yet (more than 10 days after installation of Modem) and I am tired of reaching engineers/ people who have assured me in the beginning about the connection but no one picks the call . I have been trying to reach customer care number many number of times and reply from them was that they will arrange a technical visit and call back which never happened. On top of that my neighbor who has applied connection after me has got the new connection. Now when I talk to Customer care i get a response that due to feasibility issue they cant activate my account and I will get the refund.
Since I already waited for 18 days I dont want refund, I need the connection to be done. I dont understand when People who applied after me gets the connection and why my account is not activated.
Hoping for some help from Voxya to get my connection activated.
