I have purchase Jio Fiber on dated 03/12/2021 they promised me to Install same day but till date the engineers are not visit to instal the fiber. They registered Jio fiber and they asked to pay Rs.2500. Ihave also compaint Jio Fiber Customer Care and they resheduled installation time and date 4 time but till now they are not visited my home to install. My son is studying in siliguri and he need Internet services. due to this my son and family are suffered much. please take necessary action as soon as possible.
