• I booked a package for Rs 1998 , which include 3 mobile numbers, DTH and 1 fibre fixed line with 200mbps ..it was three days back ..on 20st September lead Id no 98719599872031..one of your executive Mr yuvraj called next day and his colleague Mr daksh came to get the document n verification.
• Installation guy Mr Kunal came n after inspection went to install another connecton in our society, with a promise to return in two hours.no one came
• Next morning I called yuvraj but I was told he is on leave but someone will come to install.i requested them to install modem in a way that no apparent damage happen but the guy was insistent on doing his way only..today is the third day n no one came..
• After one day DTH set of box privided but I am still waiting for the fixed line installation..
• I was jeo customer and willing to switch over to Airtel for the convenience of the offered plan..more over my third mobile was of Vodafone for the last 15 years  , which too I am willing to switch over.
• But I guess installation guy ego is weighing more than Airtel customer since he is not coming
• Request you to look into the matter asap as if the installation staff is not willing to install than have no choice but to go for an alternate service provider.

Connecton was in my name and I HV been Airtel customer for the past 15 years or so.
