- I called them on 19 th and on confirming that they will be able to send a technician in 24 hours I paid for 3 months connection.
- Once I paid the person coordinating the package was in touch with me, she gave me the number of the tecnician that night.
- I contacted the technician to check if he can make it the next day, but he refused to come and told he is not responsible for what they promise at airtel offices.
- On 20 th I called both the cordinator and the technician and both have not replied nor answered to any of my calls.
- I have network issues and I have online classes and work from home and that is why I chose airtel. Even if it takes time they have to atleast communicate their difficulties or tell me what they plan to do. With no response I have no where to complain but this message.
