I have booked a Independent TV set top box on 24-Dec-2018 by paying Rs. 2000 online with Booking ID – R700024977. It was committed that same would be installed within 15 days.
Its been now almost 2 months, the same has not been installed yet. On enquiring with Customer care i am not getting any status update for the same as well.
Workorder no. is 1011655 and customer ID is 1007904657.
