I recently requested for airtel Xtreme fibre broadband. I live in Patna, my application no. for broadband connection was 06122997931. I chose 3 months plan for 100mbps which includes free installation. During the time of wiring the mechanic refused to drill hole in the wall and also talked rudly when we asked ‘if you wont drill hole then how will the wire be streched in our home’ and his reply was ‘its your problem’. He also said ‘if you still want holes to be drilled in walls then you need to call another mechanic who will charge you some money for drilling.’ How the installation is free when i have to pay for drilling holes? Also this rudeness was not expected. When we called the official to whom we talked during the time of registration, he also said sir holes wont be drilled on the wall by us. We said then refund the money, and without any hesitation he said okay sir your money will be refunded. Worst service ever, i will never recommend airtel to anyone.
