I have contacted an Airtel Xstream fiber service provider agent in Dehradun, Uttarakhand. She registered me with all the details and got the payment done for a 6-month plan in advance (INR 3004) on Aug 14, 2023. My connection installation date was assigned to be Aug 15, 2023. But, the connection is not installed till today. The Airtel service provider agent is not answering my calls and even blocked my mobile number. Due to such a horrible experience and with a huge delay in my connection, I no more wanted to install it. I want a refund for my money from Airtel.
