I am working from home and had to move back to hometown Yamunanagar. i talked with airtel store there for installing airtel fibre wifi there. A person came and activated my account and made me pay the the amount. Then there was no communication for a week.
After that no one came to install the wifi after repetitive number of calls. They just kept on delaying by saying.. “someone is reaching there in an hour or so”.This went on for a week later on again when i called one of the engineer, he said “it cannot be setup in your area.. i will come and explain it to you”. After this too no one came..and no communication and no refund. They wasted a lot of time as i needed the wifi to continue working from home. It caused me a lot of problems. if they had informed me earlier before activating.. i would have gone to some other operator. PS: still amount has not been refunded
