Text of Complaint by Anand Parulkar:

Hi, I had booked a new xStream Fiber Broadband plan (100 MBPS – yearly plan) on September 7th.  It has been 5 days today and yet I have not received any information regarding the installation at my home. Earlier I was told it takes max 72 hours for installation but even after 5 days , new connection is not installed.
