Hello,
I have refer my friend to have tata sky at his home. I have done this through tatasky website. last week i have refer. But unfortunately no one has came yet to install the tata sky service. Initially I have got the number of the service man who is going to install the tata sky, when i have a word with him he was very arrogant and told me that “Tatasky lena ho to loo nahai to dusre operators bhi hai market mai”!!! which kind of attitude he is carring ? He told me that I will come on fix timing between 2 to 6 from last 3 days for this shit i was taken leave and he is not receiving the phone now.
Which kind of service they are providing? from last 8 days i am calling to customer service what is the update. Seems like we are in need to use the service. Its your non of business ? If is this so then let me know. It was my mistake that we are using tata sky.
Why i am wasting my money and energy to make a call and ask for the status. No one has call regarding this, nor bother to call me back. Every time i have received the fake promises.
I am not going to pay a single rupee for the installation now. It is your responsibility to give me the discount for the mental torcher i am facing from 8 days. In my life i will never ever tell any one to use your service.
I want this issue to be resolve asap.
